As part of PMI’s SeminarsWorld Virtual series, this day-long workshop explores the intersection between design thinking and project management. The class provides a high-level overview of design thinking methods and tools.
Class participants should bring their “creative” sides to the seminar. The class offers hands-on learning through rapid-fire sketching and interactive practice of design methods.
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants will be able to describe the benefits of incorporating design methodologies on projects. Plus they will be able to illustrate multiple design-thinking tools that could benefit current or future projects.
